점의 위치를 기준으로 앞트임 수술 후 눈머리를 덮고 있던 몽고주름이 펴지면서 눈머리가 노출된 것을 볼 수 있습니다.앞트임 수술은 가려져 있던 눈머리를 노출시켜 원래의 눈모양과 크기를 회복하는 수술입니다.

눈머리(내안각) 자체를 수술로 변화시키는 것이 아니라 몽고주름에 의해 덮히거나 꺽여져 있던 내안각 고유의 형태를 회복시키면서 동양인의 자연스러운 느낌을 유지하는 정도로 노출시키는 것입니다.

심한 긴장력이 걸려있는 몽고주름을 가진 경우 내안각 자체의 형태까지 변형되어 있어 앞트임 수술시 내안각 성형술의 개념까지 도입해야 하는 경우도 종종 있습니다.

고객의 원하는 바도 고려하여 적당한 정도로 내안각(누호)을 노출시키면 답답한 눈머리가 변화되어 보다 선명한 이미지를 주게 됩니다.

You can see that the inner corner of eye(medial canthus) has been revealed after the epicanthoplasty.

Epicanthoplasty is a surgery to reveal covered inner corner of eye and make eye look better and bigger.

Magic epicanthoplasty does not alter the inner corner of eye but reveals it by unfolding the epicanthal fold off, which was covering the medial canthus.

So it looks natural after surgery and you can still have the oriental charm.

But sometimes patients with severe tension in epicanthal fold have odd shape of medial canthus. In these case, alteration of medial canthus shape(canthoplasty) is needed.

We consider our patients' need and reveal the medial canthus adequatly so that you can have brighter and natural image.
